  1. How to add a Shared Calendar in Outlook in Windows 7

If you are trying to add sesync-scheduling, Staff Vacations, or postdocs calender, see Add sesync-scheduling Calendars

  • Open Outlook
  • Select Calendar tab on Left pane
  • Select Open Calendar -> Open Shared Calendar

  • Select Name… scroll to Shared Calendar name

Select OK
